Requesting a cash offer places you under no obligation to sell; any offer we present is non-binding until a separate written purchase agreement is signed by both parties, and consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Twin Oak Real Estate Group LLC, you agree to the following terms regarding our messaging program:
Program Description: We use SMS messaging to communicate with you about your cash-offer request for your property — including confirming your submission, scheduling property visits or calls, sharing offer details, and following up regarding the potential purchase of your property.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out (Cancellation): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or number you received the message from. Upon sending “STOP,” we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
Help/Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us directly at twinoakpropertymanagement@gmail.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Mobile Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products or services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
